For debits on payments without a detailed explanation as to the debit note, copies of the invoice types (below) are no longer forwarded to the supplier. Other debit notes not listed below, should have a copy in your iSupplier account.

Unless Lacey’s are granted access to your iSupplier account, we do not receive copies nor notification of these debits.

Invoice copies are now available in iSupplier for the invoice types listed below. Invoice copies will no longer be sent to suppliers; copies must be obtained through the iSupplier portal.

  • Limited Time Offer (LTO)
  • VINTAGES Classics Collection Catalogue (CS)
  • VINTAGES Essentials Collection (ESS)
  • In-Store Tastings (TST)
  • Special Events Tastings (TSTM)
  • Promotional Programs
  • Quality Assurance (QA)

To obtain a copy of your invoice, log into iSupplier and navigate to the Invoice page.  Query the invoice in the Invoice Number field and a link to your invoice will appear in the Attachments field.
